ITINERARY:

Day 01: Hanoi Arrival

Today, The Authentic Vietnam in cooking tour 15 days will be started by picking up at the arrive, and then drive to hotel for checking in. Free at leisure around the city and overnight in Hanoi.

Day 02: Hanoi Cooking – City tour (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) – Joined cooking

Today, we will enjoy a half day for cooking tour. With a leading of speaking English chef going to local market for buying the ingredient. After that, back cooking class and start making your cuisine. Enjoy Lunch time and finish at about 13h00. in the afternoon, we will spend time for visit Ho Chi Minh Museum, One pillar pagoda, Literature temple and Ngoc Son Temple at Hoan Kiem Lake. Finally, enjoy the cyclo trip to discover the old quarter before sample the traditional water puppet show. Dinner and night in Hanoi.

Day 03: Hanoi – Halong Bay (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner ) – Joined on Junk

Today, after the breakfast at hotel, we will depart for Halong Bay in an air-conditioned shuttle bus from 8:00 – 8:30am.
Arrive in Halong around 12:30pm. The crew welcomes you on board the Junk. Enjoy welcome drink, check-in to your cabin. Lunch with fresh seafood is served at 1:30pm. Starting cruise into mystic Halong Bay to see the amazing karts with different formations: Incense Burner, Finger Islet, Fighting Cock, Stone Dog… Stop in floating fishing village – Van Gia village with its unique way of life for kayaking under trolling around the cave. Then head to the island for swimming, sun bathing, kayaking through Bright and Dark Caves. There will be traditional games available for evening entertainment. Dinner and overnight on junk.

Day 04: Halong – Hanoi (Breakfast, Lunch) – Joined on Junk

Enjoy sunrise in the bay with a cup of tea or coffee with light breakfast. Sitting on the upper deck, you can relax while taking in the breath-taking beauty of the rocky islands rising from the crystal-clear water of the bay. After breakfast take 1 hour walking around one of the biggest and most beautiful cave in Halong Bay. Amazing Cave, Titop Island (if time available) Check out from 10:00 to 10:30. Cruising back to the jetty while brunch is served from 10:30 to 11:30. We continue cruising through the bay, along the way seeing more of the fascinating formations. Board arrives at harbor by 12:00 for the drive back to Hanoi for check in. Night in Hanoi.

Day 05: Hanoi – Hue City Tour (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Today, we willbe free before taking a flight to Hue. Check-in hotel upon arrival and take refresh for a while. This quiet city is widely known for the magnificent architecture of its citadels, palaces, royal tombs, pagodas and temples built under the Nguyen Dynasty. We visit the major sites including the Imperial Citadel with Forbidden Royal City like in Beijing. Free shopping in Dong Ba market. Overnight in Hue.

Day 06: Hue Cooking Class – Boat trip along Perfume River (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Today, we will enjoy a morning cooking class in Hue for a culinary cues from its royal heritage. we follow Mrs. Cuc, the owner of Y Thao Garren House to Dong Ba central market, where she gives an instruction on how to choose food for our cooking lesson at 9:30 a.m. at Y Thao Garden House. Lunch is the food we prepare. In the afternoon,In the afternoon, take a cyclo trip for an hour around the city before getting on a boat trip cruising along the Perfume River with a visit Thien Mu Pagoda and Minh mang King tomb. Finally, stop at Dong Ba market for leisure. Dinner and night in Hue.

Day 07: Hue – Danang – Hoian (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

This morning we drive to Hoi An, we will cross Hai Van Pass where you will have magnificent view of the East Sea. Stop at Lang Co to have break. Visit the fascinating Cham Museum, famous Danang Beach and the Marble Mountains en route to charming Hoi An. Known as Faifo to early Western traders, it was one of South East Asia’s major international ports and today it still retains that special old-world feel. Enjoy a walking tour through the Old Quarter and try some of the local specialties with Chinese, Japanese, and French building and constructions. Dinner and free at leisure around the colorful town before night in Hoi An.

Day 08: Hoian Cooking (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) – Joined cooking

Today, we start the day (8.15am) with a welcome drink at Hai Cafe – our meeting point. Visit Hoi An’s colorful market, and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market. We will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and learn about all the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later. We board the Red Bridge boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. This is a chance to view local river life, so make sure your camera is handy. On arrival, we explore the cooking school’s herb garden, before learning about some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s well-known dishes. The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours – the Red Bridge chefs first demonstrate each dish before we prepare the same dish ourselves. Included in the class is a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration). After the lesson, we sit down and eat what we have cooked. Bring your swimsuit and after the cooking tour has finished relax and enjoy free use of our new 20 meter swimming pool. In the afternoon, we will be free before enjoy a boat trip cruising along Hoain River for the sunset time. Dinner and night in Hoian.

Day 09: Hoian – Leisure (Breakfast)

Today, we will be free at leisure for relax or enjoy a swimming at Cua Dai Beach (4km from town). Night in Hoian .

Today, we will be free at leisure for relax or enjoy a swimming at Cua Dai Beach (4km from town). Night in Hoian .

Day 11: Hoian – Danang – Saigon (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Today, we will be free at leisure before transfer to the Danang airport for a flight to Saigon. Pick up to city for check in and then enjoy a trip to discover some famous sites in City. Dinner and night in Saigon.

Day 12: Saigon Cooking Class – Cu Chi Tunnel (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) – Joined Cooking

Today, we will enjoy the morning cooking lesson at the Vietnam Cookery Center: the hands-on cooking course is conducted by a professional chef and translated by a MC who will explain the teaching of the chef and talk about the history and culture of Vietnamese cuisine. The lesson includes a market visit and lunch. Afternoon excursion to the Cu Chi Tunnels : Cu Chi was an important base during the American War, because of its strategic location. The Vietcong built a 200km long network of tunnels connecting command posts, hospitals, shelters, and weapon factories. Dug out by hand tools without the use of cement, this amazing network was only recently opened to tourists. Dinner and night in Saigon

Day 13: Saigon – Cai Be – Vinh Long – Mekong delta (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Today, we will departure for Cai Be. On arrival, enjoy a boat trip for an exploration of lush vegetation of Mekong Delta and the lively floating market buyers bargaining. Next a rowing boat rides on the maze of shady canals to arrive at a local orchard to enjoy the local tropical fruits and visit the daily activities the handicraft villages of local people. Break time for lunch at the orchard fruit garden. From here have a pleasant time for sightseeing or relaxing on the hammock before continuing to Vinh Long city for a land market. Finally, return Saigon. Dinner and night in Saigon.

Day 14: Saigon – Vung Tau (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Today, after the breakfast at the hotel, we will start a full day to discover Vung Tau city with some famous sites and beaches around. With about 2 hours on a coach trip along the countryside with beautiful landscapes on both sides. On arrival Vung Tau, start a visit start a visit at Thich Ca Phat Dai Pagoda, discover the old construction, heard about the history of the Buddhism in Vietnam with many old furniture maintenance, the Temple of Nirvana, statue of Jesus at the top of Nui Nho Mountain with the height of 32 meters. After that, we will continue to visit some nice beaches Finally, leisure for swimming or enjoy some water sport games (sport game fees is on your side). Finally, drive back Sai Gon. Dinner and night in Saigon.

Day 15: Saigon – Departure (Breakfast)

Today, we will be free at leisure before taking the departure flight. End the Authentic Vietnam in cooking tour 15 days.
