Night 01: Ha Noi – Lao Cai – Night on train

Pick you up at your hotel and transfer to railway station at around 20h15 for a night train at 21h15 or 21h50 to Lao Cai. Spend a night on train.

Day 01: Lao Cai – Sapa – Cat Cat – Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Upon arrival in Lao Cai station, pick up and drive to Sapa. After a breakfast, we will enjoy a free walk around this charming town, paying visit to Sapa market and the old cathedral where you can meet a lot of local ethnic minority peoples such as Black H’mong and Red Zao wearing their traditional colorful dresses selling their farming and gathering products and handicrafts for souvenir. Back to our office at by 9:30 and begin your exploration trip to Muong Hoa valley by driving 3 Km by Jeep to Cat Cat village, We start our trek from this cultural village, here is the home of Hmong, enjoy a water Fall, an old hydro power station built by Friend. The next trek is for 12 km for visiting Y Linh Ho and Lao Chai villages of the H’mong minority. after lunch at a local family in Lao Chai or in a drinking shop nearby the river bank, we keep on hiking to Ta Van village of the Dzay where we stay overnight in a local family. Here you have opportunity to experience their daily life, work and original custom. With your tour guide and the house owners, we will set up a temporary cooking class to learn how to cook Vietnamese food for dinner. Enjoying your dinner and getting to know local typical traditional customs, cultural. Home-stay at the Dzay local house

Day 02: Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai – Su Pan – Ban Ho (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
After the breakfast, We will leave Ta Van village with the trail uphill, passing fascinating terraced rice field and some small hamlets of the H’mong before getting through a bamboo forest to a waterfall, enjoy a break for magnificent scenery and then continue walking for half an hour to Giang Ta Chai village of the Red Zao peoples which sits on the top of a hill and looks down Muong Hoa river. After spending time visiting the village, making friend with the Zao and experiencing the hospitality you will cross the river by another suspension bridge and then uphill again to Su Pan village where you will pay visiting to a local handicraft center where H’mong and Zao women gather for exchanging experience and skill of making handicrafts.

A late Lunch will be prepare here nearby this center and then you have time relaxing as well as getting acquaintance with local school boys, girls and their teachers as well. Keep walking a little along the main road, get through the rice terraced paddies to the second home stay in Ban Ho village of the Tay minority peoples where you will spend the night on a wooden-stilt house. Sharing dinner with the family prepared by the host and your tour guide with the local Specialty and wine would be the best time for relaxing and cultural exchange. You will trek about 16Km during this day.

Day 03: Ban Ho – Nam Toong – Sapa – Lao Cai – Hanoi (Breakfast, Lunch)
You will be waken up by the by the village animals or farming activity. After the breakfast is a trek of 4 Km to Nam Toong remotes village of the Red Dao peoples, learning their specific customs, enjoying the landscape before getting back to Lavie water for refreshing swimming, Then back to the home stay for lunch. (You will trek about 11Km during this day).

In the afternoon, the car waits for you and takes you back to Sapa for a rest before driving to Lao Cai station for a night train back Hanoi. Night on train.
At 05h00am in next day, Tour ends.
